Dr. Vee (Victoria), DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is a doctorate-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in family and psychiatric mental health care.
Dr. Vee founded Total Health FNP to bridge gaps in care and offer flexible, accessible services to individuals and families who need thoughtful, individualized support. She believes healthcare should feel personal, unhurried, and collaborative—not rushed or transactional.
Through telehealth, Dr. Vee works with children (7+), adolescents, adults, and older adults to support mental health, emotional well-being, and whole-person care in a way that fits real life—not just checkboxes.
My Story
Dr. Vee’s path into healthcare has always been rooted in connection—listening closely, asking the right questions, and understanding the full context of a person’s life, not just their symptoms.

She completed both her master’s and doctoral training in nursing at The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and is board-certified in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. Her dual certification allows her to care for the whole person, recognizing how physical health, mental health, lifestyle, relationships, and stress all intersect.

Over the years, Dr. Vee has worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, life transitions, and chronic stress. What she has seen time and again is that meaningful healing happens when care is individualized, grounded in trust, and responsive to real-life challenges.

At Total Health FNP, Dr. Vee blends evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic, patient-centered approach. She collaborates with each patient to create realistic, flexible, and sustainable treatment plans that support both symptom relief and long-term growth.
