About Our Founder
Dr. Vee (Victoria), DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a doctorate-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in primary care and psychiatric mental health.
Dr. Vee completed both her master’s and doctoral training in nursing at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is board-certified in Family Practice and Psychiatric-Mental Health and provides integrated, evidence-based care through telehealth.
Through a thoughtful, whole-person approach, Dr. Vee works with children (7+), adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, and stress-related challenges. Her care philosophy centers on clarity, collaboration, and realistic, sustainable steps toward better health.
Dr. Vee founded Total Health FNP to create a space where healthcare feels personal, unrushed, and respectful—treating every patient as a whole person, mind and body.
